Normal service has a turnaround time (from time of receipt of work until the time we send the work back) of 10 days or less. However we offer a more rapid option if time is essential. Our Express service guarantees return of completed work within 3 days or less. All work should be set to us as email attachments (Word, Powerpoint, PDF, etc).
When you submit your work, please indicate whether you require Normal or Express service. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email acknowledging its receipt, the date it will be returned, and if requested, a cost estimate (although work will not begin until approved if an estimate is requested). Please check the 'Instructions' page for details about how we handle your submissions and the files that will be returned to you.
Payment can be made directly online with your Visa or MasterCard using the PayPal link supplied in our invoice - or - you can write your credit card information on the form sent to you and return that to us by email as a PDF file (to firstname.lastname@example.org) or by FAX (to +1 571 445-3096).
